Farmed, wild and dehydrated.
INGREDIENTS (in variable proportion): Boletus Edulis mushrooms, Chanterelles, Senderuelas, Oyster mushrooms, Trumpets, Ears.
CUISINE: Fricandó, meat stews, rice, pasta (macaroni, spaghetti), sauces, beef with mushrooms.
USE: Soak the mushrooms in hot water for about 30 minutes and rinse two or three times.
