Cultivated and dehydrated.
DESCRIPTION: Mushroom grown on tree trunks, inoculating their spores on them.
CUISINE: Fricandó, meat stews, rice, pasta (macaroni, spaghetti), sauces, beef with mushrooms.
USE: Soak the shitake in hot water for about 40 minutes and rinse them two or three times.
