DESCRIPTION: Mushroom that lives in meadows among the grass forming groups. Very appreciated for its flavor.

CUISINE: Fricandó, meat stews, rice, pasta (macaroni, spaghetti), sauces, beef with mushrooms.

USE: Soak the Marasmius in hot water for about 30 minutes and rinse two or three times.
