Chimichurri

DESCRIPTION: Aromatic sauce of liquid consistency and highly seasoned.

CUISINE: Special for “Churrasco” and “Asado de Tira”.

INGREDIENTS (in variable proportion): chili, garlic, parsley, oregano, thyme, bay leaf and savory.

USE: Prepare a sauce adding to the content of this bag: 300cl of olive oil, 100cl of vinegar and 200cl of white wine. Add salt to taste and mix well.
