Wild and dehydrated
DESCRIPTION: Edible mushroom of dark color and funnel shape. Very tasty, it grows in the humid zones of the forests.
CUISINE: Fricandó, meat stews, rice, pasta (macaroni, spaghetti), sauces, beef with mushrooms.
USE: Soak the trumpets in hot water for about 40 minutes and rinse them two or three times.
